A micro roaster with big-lake energy
St. Lawrence Coffee Company started with a simple obsession: roasting the perfect bean. From our little local roastery, we source ethically grown, fairly traded coffee and roast it in small batches, testing, cupping, and tweaking until each origin tastes exactly the way it should.
This summer, that obsession got a waterfront address. After months of planning and building, we opened our lakeside coffee container on Kingston's Waterfront Trail. A place to slow down, sip something great, and watch the lake do its thing.
